My name is Allison Napier and I started ANVASSIST earlier this year as a way to keep both of my passions (family and personal growth) at a balance. I've always been an achiever and someone who wasn't afraid of a little hard work. I've lived all over the United States, visited different parts of the world, been a professional volleyball player and coach, worked in the cutthroat world of fashion publishing in NYC and the even more cutthroat world of politics in Sacramento, California.
Through all of my professional experience you'll see a common thread. I've always been the one maintaining a little order, handling the organisational tasks that needed to be done (but no one else wanted to do) and was always the one combing through the minutiae, making sure all was exactly right.I love it! I like order, I like simplicity and I like process. These things together have rarely given me a bad result.
Over the last few years I've taken a break from the fast paced world of corporate and political competition, raising my boys and helping out with a little admin for our family business. And while I have no interest in the rat race as it was I'm definitely feeling refreshed and ready to build my little admin and events business.
